STAFFING

The Camp will be staffed by RFU accredited coaches and the highest safety measures will be taken.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

By booking these terms and conditions you acknowledge and agree that ERA Ltd

is not responsible or liable for any:

• Loss or damages of personal items whatsoever and however arising; items are taken at your own risk

• for any allergic reactions or food related incidents

• injuries, trauma, short term or long term or mental health issues of any nature that your child may suffer;

• loss of or damage to property will be billed to parents

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or volunteers.
